I used to believe losing weight would solve everything.
It didn't.
Losing over 80kg changed my body, but it didn't automatically change my habits, mindset, or identity. Those things had to be rebuilt one decision at a time.
When I became a father, maintaining my weight stopped being about appearance. It became about being healthy enough to keep up with my daughter, being present for my family, and building a life I wouldn't need to escape from.
Six years later, I'm still maintaining my weight.
This book exists because I couldn't find anything that explained what happens after the transformation. Everyone teaches you how to lose weight. Almost nobody teaches you how to keep it off.
The 80 KG System is the framework I wish someone had handed me the day after surgery.
This isn't another diet, challenge, or motivational reset. It's a place for identity, discipline, consistency, family, and building habits that still work when life gets busy.
